The internet is flooded with fitness gurus who are shouting from the rooftops the best way to get fit, lose weight, etc. I'm here to remind you that YOU are the expert on you. There is no one size fits all solution to your health and wellness. I've fallen into the trap of believing these fitness influencers, profressionals, etc. that are available to me online know what's good for me more than I do. I'm slowing coming out of that and will be experimenting with some things that I believe work for me.

The holidays are a busy time for a lot of us and often a time that our wellness goals are set aside. Today, I'm sharing the 5 ways I'm committing to supporting my wellness through the holidays and into 2023.
