When I talk about self-care, I'm  not talking about the spa days, the bubble baths, the weekend get-aways, etc. I'm talking about the disciplined habits throughout your day and throughout your week that prevent you from getting to that depleted place. Self-care shouldn't be a grand gesture that we treat ourselves to once we feel depleted, it's little acts of self-love and self-discipline that we do consistently to help us from getting to that fully depleted feeling in the first place.
