Let's ditch the all or nothing mentality when it comes to prioritizing our self-care. Today we're talking about using the idea of a minimum baseline to make sure you're getting your needs met no matter what! Because yes, it would be great if we could all have a full hour (or more) of self-care practices every day. But the reality is that's not always possible and some days really are just jam packed. So if we can establish a bare minimum effort, that takes 10-15 minutess max, we make sure that we're able to fill our cup no matter what!
