Earlier this summer, my friend Dr. Christine Jehu, taught us about the concept of the window of tolerance. This concept essentially measures our capacity to be able to tolerate the stressors of life. She explains it way better in her interview (see below). Today I'm sharing about my recent realization that my window of tolerance isn't open quite as far as I'd like and what I'm doing about it.
